Halo Hair Raw Extensions Shipping, Tracking, and Fulfillment Policy - May 2025

1. Order Processing: We verify payments in 1-3 and prepare orders for fulfillment. Orders may take up to 14 business days to process during sales and promotions. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.
2. Business Days: Orders are processed on business days only. U.S. holidays when we do not process orders include:
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
3. Fulfillment Duration: The time we take to prepare and ship your order. This is separate from delivery time.
4. Shipping Window: Starts the next business day after your purchase. Exclude weekends and holidays to determine the shipping timeframe.
5. Order Tracking: Order and shipping confirmation emails provide status updates. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to monitor your package.
6. Shipping Methods and Costs:
- UPS Ground: Main method, typically 2-5 business days.
- UPS Next Day Air: Available for an additional fee; does not change processing times. weekends excluded
- Local Pick-Up: Available in South Florida. M-T 10am-6pm F-S 10am-5pm Sunday- CLOSED
7. Shipping Delivery: UPS handles delivery, usually within 2-5 business days. Track your package via the link provided to monitor its status.
8. Order Pick-Up: Pick-up is available in South Florida. You'll receive an email with details once your order is ready. Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm Friday and Saturday 10am-5pm Sunday-CLOSED
9. Fulfillment and Shipping Delays: Delays may occur due to high order volume, UPS issues, weather, or customs. We will keep you updated.
10. Undeliverable/ Lost/ Return to sender packages or stolen: If your package is not successfully delivered resulting in it being sent back to us, due to insufficient address information.
Your package will be returned as “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. Return to sender and all returns, due to address does not exist, is misspelled by the customer, address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
11. A store credit will be issues once the package is returned resulting in a 10% restocking fee minus shipping cost, taxes and any route protection cost are non-refundable. Remaining balance will be issues as a store credit. (Any offers or discounts at the time of purchase may not be offered and can not be honored)
12. International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary. Tracking may not be available for all locations. International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx.
13 Duties, Fees, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, fees, and taxes. Check with local authorities for specific regulations.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please due your due diligence and double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address you entered.
If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we CANNOT change the address.
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Halo Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you USPS to send your return.

As much as we love our overseas Goddesses, we are not responsible for any Tariffs Customs Fees or Import Tax that your country may bill to you. We advise contacting your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country
