Return Eligibility

- Custom Items: Final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- Non-Custom Items: Eligible for return within 7 days if unused, in original condition with tags and zip ties intact. A 20% restocking fee applies. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.
- Clearance Items: Final sale. No returns or exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS

Return Process

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive return instructions.
2. Securely pack items with all original materials.
3. Use a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking information.

Refunds and Exchanges

- Refunds: Issued within 1 business day after receiving eligible returns in a form of store credit. A 20% restocking fee applies. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: Processed after return approval. Fulfillment times depend on product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

- Inspect your items upon arrival. If you find any defects or incorrect items, contact us within 3 days. Please send photos to halohextensions@gmail.com Items must be unused for returns.

Important Notes:

- We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or altered, including cut wefts, plucked lace, customized lace, bleached lace, or dyed hair.
- Due to the delicate nature of lace products (full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals), these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

Order-Related Expenses

- Halo Hair Raw Extensions is not responsible for any fees incurred from hair appointment cancellations by your stylist or salon. Please verify all purchased items before scheduling hair appointments.
- A restock fee of 20% applies to all returns and return-to-shipper shipments. Shipping and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable.

Installation-Related Expenses

- We do not cover costs related to hair installations, takedowns, re-installations, or any associated expenses.
- We are not responsible for damage costs such as bleached knots, cut wefts, chemical treatments, or general wear and tear.

Online Order Cancellations

- Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to review order details carefully before submission.
- Due to the hygienic nature and high demand for our products, all full lace wigs, lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals are FINAL, and no refunds are allowed on any grounds.

- Order modifications, including changes to products, shipping methods, addresses, and cancellations, are not permitted once an order is submitted.
